Who we are

Mind The Mic publishes short clips of podcasts and interviews on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Contact: hello@mindthemic.co.

This website

mindthemic.co does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and has no sign-up or forms. Like any web server, ours keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and troubleshooting. These are deleted routinely and never shared or sold.

Our publishing software

We operate internal software that connects to Instagram, TikTok and YouTube through their official APIs. It connects only to accounts that Mind The Mic owns, and only to:

upload and publish our own clips to our own accounts;
read basic profile details of our own accounts (account ID and username);
read performance statistics of our own posts (views, likes, comments).

The software does not access, collect or store data about other users, followers or viewers. Access tokens for our accounts are stored on our own secured server and are used for nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share any data obtained through these APIs.

Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use the YouTube Data API only to upload videos to our own channel and read their statistics. You can review YouTube's terms at youtube.com/t/terms and Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's security settings.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply and to handle your request, such as a content removal request.

Deleting data

To ask us to delete any data related to you, or to remove a clip, email hello@mindthemic.co. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
