1. About these terms
These terms cover the Mind The Mic website (mindthemic.co) and the Mind The Mic content accounts on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.
2. What the Service is
Mind The Mic publishes short clips of podcasts and interviews. Clips are produced through clipping programs run by the content owners or their partners, from footage they make available for that purpose. Our internal software prepares clips and publishes them, through the official platform APIs, only to accounts that Mind The Mic owns and operates. The Service does not post on behalf of anyone else.
3. Content and credit
All featured content belongs to its respective owners. We credit the original show and hosts on every clip. Mind The Mic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the creators we feature unless we say so.
4. Removal requests
If you own content we have featured and want it removed, email hello@mindthemic.co with the link to the clip. We remove valid requests promptly.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the website to break the law, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems you aren't authorised to access.
6. Third-party platforms
Our clips are hosted on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. No warranty and liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Mind The Mic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
